On the wonderful John Kennedy Corniche, a refined and gourmet establishment welcomes guests in a breath-taking setting. Flanked by a rocky peak, this attractive teak-and-stone restaurant invites guests to take a journey into the deep blue. On two floors, with terraces overlooking the seat, Chez Peron specialises in local fish dishes. The appetisers, main courses, and desserts come at a single price.
We chose to start with Mediterranean mullet, mussel ravioli and a “rouille” (garlic and saffron sauce) fish soup between other delicacies. This should whet your appetite for what is to come: roasted monkfish, fried whiting with lemon and cream and grilled scallops in citrus fruits and pumpkin… End the meal on a sweet note with a caramelised millefeuille or a poire belle Hélène cooked in nut wine.
